About us:
Where are you located? What is the currency?
We are located near the romantic city of Heidelberg- Germany; our prices are in Euro and we operate under German law.
Can I wash the painted jackets?
The fabric paint we use is waterproof and non toxic. For the good of the planet, don’t wash them too often.
How are the products made? Where do the materials come from?
The garments for revamp are carefully selected from second hand shops or markets, as well as the fabrics and other materials used. All pieces are very carefully controlled and washed before starting a project.
dO you design for women only?
We are a unisex store, for styles that are versatile both for women and men. Unless stated otherwise on the product description.

About the payment:
Which are the payments methods?
You have the option of paying by PayPal or by Stripe (this support Visa, MasterCard and American Express). If you pay by PayPal you won't necessarily need to have an account, you can also register as a guest. While if you pay by Stripe you’ll need to add your personal information.
Are there any international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?
Due to Small Business Regulation (DE), our service is charged free of VAT.
If the delivery is made to a non-EU country, there may be additional duties, taxes or fees that must be paid. Unfortunately these are covered by you.
You are advised to ask the customs or tax authorities in your country for more details before ordering.

Do you sell online only?
Yes, our online shop is the only available shop at the moment.
Do I need an account to make an order?
No, you don’t. We are a ‘welcoming all’ kind of website.
How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
Each change can be different person to person, so contact us via email and let’s see what we can arrange.
What should I do if I never received my order?
If you have no luck finding your order with your neighbours, contact us via e-mail so we can check the tracking number of your order.
What do I do if I receive a defective order?
Inform us about the defect as soon as possible, you will be need to return the garment within fourteen days from the day on which you inform us about the defect. However, we can refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back.
The shipping cost will be carried out at our expense.
About return policies:
What is the return policy?
We understand that you can change your mind, however our pieces are unique and handmade, we care about what went wrong. Please inform us about the reason of the order cancellation/return by email. You’ll have fourteen days from the day on which you inform us to return the items to:

You are responsible for the costs of returning the goods.
Can I receive a refund?
If you withdraw from a contract, all the payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that result from choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), will be repaid within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation. However, we can refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back.
About the shipment:
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do. We ship within Germany as well as worldwide.
When will I receive my order?
Unless otherwise stated in the offer, the delivery time within Germany is a maximum of 3 working days, and the delivery time worldwide could take up to 3 weeks (it can also be delayed due to restrictions).
Delivery takes place at the latest within two working days after the payment order has been placed.
