things to know before you place a request
Customizing a jacket with your favourite design is an artistic process that begins with a briefing between you and the artist to clear your preferences, but the result will be an interpretation of the theme through the artist; it is wearable art.
The making of the jacket embellishment will start once the payment is completed. The creation time can take up to two weeks or one month, not counting the shipping times.
Once you summit your preferences the artist will get in touch and plan for a consultation with you with a draft to present you. A not refundable deposit will be required to confirm your order (40 Euro).
The artist reserves the right not to accept an order due to personal conflicts with the selected theme, lack of time or other reasons. If so we will communicated it before requesting for deposit.
Following the sustainable concept of the brand, many of the materials are pre-loved and may have imperfections. However, the craft is 100% professional quality.
These pieces are done fitting your preferences, that’s why they are not subject to devolutions.
