Fill out and submit an availability request with your name, email and the description of your idea and preferences. Specify when and where do you want your jacket to arrive, we will respond within 72 hours.
Order confirmation
A €40 deposit will be asked once we accept your request, this covers an email consultation to decide the best results, and the draft of your idea. Once you are happy with the result, pay the rest.
Wait for delivery
Production time is up to one month, depending on the project. Delivery time is up to 4 weeks, depending on your location.

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO MAKE AN ORDER?
No, you don’t. All you need to start the ordering process is to fill out the availability form.
DO YOU DESIGN FOR WOMEN ONLY?
We are a unisex store, for styles that are versatile both for women and men. Unless stated otherwise on the product description.
what if I am unsure of my style?
You can check previous commission in our Look-book archives; each project is labelled so you can have an idea of the different styles we have previously worked on. We will confirm which style is decided upon confirmation and prior final payment.
what’s the deposit for and where do I pay it?
The non-refundable deposit of 40 Euro works as an agreement between the artist and you, that will cover the time spent in consultation and designing the draft. This need to be pay after you have the confirmation of availability from us, and can be pay in our Commission Checkout.
when and how do I pay the rest amount?
You will be asked for a rest amount payment once you are happy with the draft the artist presents you.
Head to our Commission Checkout and click on the Style you and the artist agreed upon confirmation. The deposit is subtracted from the final price while the shipping costs are added depending on your location.
The Wanna - Be Minimalist Style : 180 € (40 € deposit + 140 rest payment) + shipping cost.
The Opulence Style: 250 € (40 € deposit + 210 € rest payment) + shipping cost.
HOW LONG UNTIL MY CLOTHES ARE READY?
The artist takes one week to design the draft and the mood board. Two or three weeks is required for the creative process. When the product is ready, the artist sends you dispatch confirmation with its tracking number.
In order to meet the deadline, we count standard days depending on the destination:
Delivery in Germany: approx. 3 days
Delivery in Europe: approx. 2 weeks
Delivery rest of the World: approx. 3 weeks
can i get a refund or return the product if i don’t like it?
Our ordering process is designed so you can have a preview of the final look, before the project is even started. If you don’t like it then you can cancel the order after the artist draft or ask for revisions. Each product is an unique artist's interpretation of your idea and criteria, and therefore it can not be returned.
